I send it once we have agreed. You pay it before I film.

I film it and send you the file

If I miss the agreed date, the video is free.

If something needs changing: errors on my side (misreads, dropped words, lighting or audio issues) are reshot free. My natural, authentic delivery is what you see in the samples, so asking for more or less energy or facial expression is a change of taste, not a mistake. It is charged as a new reshoot, with 20% off.

Yes. Tell me the brand at the time you order. An agency may pass the video to its client for that brand.

For good. The paid-ad right for that brand has no end date. A different brand or product is a new order.

Me. I am South African. If your brief needs a young voice, I am the wrong man and I will tell you so before you pay.
